Baby Shakes were founded 2004 in New York City by Mary Blount (born November 1982, from Seattle), Judy Lindsay (born November 1981, from Atlanta) and Claudia Gonzalez (born January 1984, from New York). Their first concert happened in February 2005. They have toured the US, Europe twice (September 2007, November/December 2009) and Japan (February 2009).
