Damnation Defaced

The 5 guys from northern Germany will rlease their new 4-track EP "SLAUGHTER RACE" soon! Unlike the debut "BEYOND THE PALE" from 2010, "SLAUGHTER RACE" comes way more massive, straight and uncompromising. Even if DAMNATION DEFACED diverge from their former idea of progressive death metal, it was no change on purpose but just a focus on the momentarily predominant ideas of groovy melodic death metal. Instead of using worn-out standard growls, the vocals stick to recognition value again. Some may think of shoutings, for others it might bear resemblance to old-school death metal singing along with deep growls.
