British Drum 'n' Bass DJ and occasional producer, born in September 1964. Ex-resident DJ at Drum 'n' Bass nights Speed, Tempo, Promised Land and resident DJ/promoter at Swerve. Hosted radio shows on Phase One, Radio 1, Kiss FM and Rinse FM. He is the founder and owner of the Creative Source label.
Fabio's nickname came from his time on Brixton-based pirate station Phase One around 1984 when he was asked to come up with a DJ name before his first show. He remembered a conversation with a girl he knew about baby names and thought "Fabio" was a great one. He introduced himself as "DJ Fabio" and the name stuck
