Kadebostany

Kadebostany (stylized as KADEBOSTANY) is a band from Geneva, Switzerland. It was founded in 2008 in what they call the "European republic of "Kadebostan"). It is produced by Geneva DJ and producer Kadebostan, with lead vocals, lyrics and melodies by Amina. The band has its unique visual stylistic identity and its powerful live performances and music videos reflecting this.

In 2011, the band released a first album Songs From Kadebostany. Their 2013 album Pop Collection brought them the breakthrough in Switzerland and a triple nomination for the Swiss Music Awards in categories "Best Talent - National", "Best Live Act - National" and "Best Act - Romandie", the only band to achieve so this year. The band engaged in an international tour starting December 2014 with venues in Switzerland, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

New colonists of the pop empire, Kadebostany have swiftly catapulted themselves into the spotlight with their irresistible blend of pop music devouring unlikely influences to create a singular yet terribly catchy universe of its own. A striking visual identity and their infamously powerful live performances backed by an exclusive visual show perfect the experience. Bearing both a solid artistic credibility and an evident potential for broad appeal, Kadebostany are set to stand as undisputed heralds of a renewal in the pop music world.

Founded on an impulse of its charismatic president Kadebostan who decided to gather the best musicians, including the enigmatic diva Amina, and ambassadors of the small European republic of Kadebostany, the band Kadebostany forms in 2008, determined to export their countrys incredible musical wealth and national values.

In 2011, the band released a first album and immediately launched a first assault on the international audiences with a string of over a hundred acclaimed live gigs around the globe.

Armed with this initial success, the band is currently readying the release of their second album, the first single off which, Walking With A Ghost, is already spreading the Kadebostany virus across all borders. Entitled Pop Collection, this second album garnering the greatest hits played on the national Kadebostanian radio will cement the reputation of hit machine that Kadebostany already holds.
