Playboi Carti

Jordan Terrell Carter (born September 13, 1995), better known by his stage name Playboi Carti, is an American rapper and model from Atlanta, Georgia. A former member of underground Atlanta label Awful Records, he is currently signed to ASAP Rocky's AWGE.[1] His eponymous debut mixtape was released on April 14, 2017
Early life[edit]
Jordan Terrell Carter was born in Atlanta, and grew up in Riverdale, Georgia. He attended North Springs Charter High School in Sandy Springs.[4] Carter skipped high school classes regularly to work on his music or go to his job at H&M.[5]

Although he is mostly spotted in only luxurious clothing, Carti shared with Liana Satenstein of Vogue that, as a kid growing up, he had always been shopping in thrift stores, something that has had an effect on his fashion and music style.[6]
