Adriana Ochișanu s-a născut la 18 martie 1978, în orăşelul Căușeni, Republica Moldova.
A absolvit liceul „Alexei Mateevici” din Căușeni, iar în anul 1997 a absolvit Colegiul Republican de Muzică „Stefan Neaga”.
Din anul 1997 este solistă a orchestrei de muzica populară „Lăutarii”, dirijata de maestrul Nicolae Botgros.
A lansat CD-uri cu melodii, acompaniată de orchestrei „Lăutarii” și albumuri solo: „Cînd ești mama la copii” și „Mustața socrului meu”.
Adriana Ochișanu lanseaza cîntece de diferite genuri: muzică populară, muzică etno-folclorică și muzică ușoară. În duet cu Alexandru Vdovicenco a lansat videoclipul la piesa „Vin în calea ta”, această piesă a duetului a obţinut premiul mare la Ediţia a V-a concursului „Potcoava de Aur”.
În anul 2009 i-a fost conferit titlul onorific Artistă Emerită a Republicii Moldova.

Окончила среднюю школу им. Алексея Матеевича в Кэушанах, а в 1997 году - Республиканский музыкальный колледж им. Штефана Няги.
С 1997 года - солистка оркестра народной музыки «Лэутарий» под управлением маэстро Николае Ботгроса.
Выпустила компакт-диски с песнями в сопровождении оркестра «Скрипач» и сольные альбомы: «Когда ты мать детям» и «Усы моего тестя».
Адриана Окишану запускает песни разных жанров: народную музыку, этно-фолк и легкую музыку. В дуэте с Александру Вдовиченко она выпустила клип на песню «Vin în calea ta», это произведение дуэта завоевало главный приз 5-го выпуска конкурса «Золотая подкова» („Potcoava de Aur”).
В 2009 году ей присвоено почетное звание Заслуженная артистка Республики Молдова.
