Aeonics

‘Strange Nebula’ is the second album by Aeonics yet another alter ego of Ishq and possibly the most deep and experimental of the work. ‘Strange Nebula’ is the final Virtual space album release and ends with a both serious and aloof concept album which is a commentary on many things as much as an exploration yet again of ‘Virtual Astral Imagination’ or imaginary space.

The album works with both deep ambient themes and forms as well as with moments of more kinetic structure and twists and turns into some pretty strange and odd moments whilst also showing some very innovative sound design and synthesis trickery.

As a work conceptually it is in part a commentary on the madness of technological obsession in our current age and a tongue in cheek look at the dreams of its visionary technologists and transhumanists.
