Информация об исполнителе
The son of Dorsey Burnette, Billy Burnette got into the family tradition of great music making at a young age, and was also soon attracting attention of fans and professionals alike.
With his "Lime-A-Billy" band with Brit musicians, he was right there with his cousin, Rocky Burnette, and The Stray Cats, in helping bring about the great Rockabilly Revival of the 1980s with such original numbers as "In Just A Heartbeat," "Danger Zone," "Don't Say No" and "Gimme You," as well as his own renditions of such classic Johnny Burnette Trio material as "Honey Hush" and the 1957 Elvis Presley recording of "One Night."
Billy Burnette has also played an important role in the music of Mick Fleetwood's Zoo, as well as having appeared with Fleetwood and Lindsey Buckingham on such national TV shows as "Saturday Night Live," as a member of Los Cholos.
Now, after 7 years as integral member of Fleetwood Mac, Billy Burnette is at last again concentrating on a solo career.
