Talented bass player, composer, arranger, Gilles Coquard has multiplied musical adventures. He has accompanied in studio and on stage big names like Nilda Fernandez, Liane Foly, Edgard Ravahatra. His professionnal itinerary has allowed him to play all over the world (Russia, Argentina, Brazil, etc...)
Gilles Coquard has also taken part in many musical projects, like with jazz-fusion band Tryphon, which he co-founded. His jazz experience granted him beautiful encounters with namely Biréli Lagrène or Marcel Loeffler, who also perform on his 3rd solo album (« Reïsa »).
