he life of Hindzy.D within the music industry all began at the age of 15. His interest within the music industry at this present time was DJing jungle music, so he began to purchase records and practiced at close friends (NRG) house due to not having his own Turntable set up. Hindzy.D attracted his DJ/Producer name by his close friends as an abbreviation of his surname and first initial of first name, which subsequently jammed with him to this present day. Hindzy.D discovered his love for his music career by having a interest in underground sounds, listening to pirate radio stations such as, Kool FM 94.5, Rude FM 104.3 and many other stations that were underground. He favoured artists such as Busta Rhymes, Q Tip, 2 Pac, Biggie, Erica Badu and Dr Dre. . By the age of 17 Hindzy.D became a Dj on Londons Touch Fm 107.1fm, and within a 6-month period progressed to hold one of the best prime time slots (Sunday 10-12 am), hosted by MC Havok, Orange and Navi. As the Dj-ing for Hindzy.D escalated he toured through the FM dial doing weekly and guest sets on stations such as BBC 1xtra, Freak FM, Rince FM, Raw FM, Mystic FM, De Ja Vu FM, Raw FM, Y2K FM, Heat FM, Bosey FM, Axe FM and Coppernob Internet Radio, Currently on Raw Flex Hindzy.D gets DJ bookings for various nights that occur in and outside London. As Hindzy.D left secondary school he went on to complete a two-year City and Guilds course in sound Engineering. This had included all elements of music and production: Sampling Arranging Sound Manipulation Mixing Editing He then completed a one-year course at The Chocolate Factory in Diploma Music Business, this included elements of Music Law, Copyright, royalties etc. From October 2000 Hindzy.D was employed by SRD (Southern Records Distribution) where he is involved in Invoicing and crediting of client accounts, stock checking and rotation and dispatching CDs and vinyl nationwide. Whilst attending SRD, Hindzy.D completed a Diploma course in Creative Producing at the City and Islington College. This course involved all aspects of editing, producing, arranging, business elements, live performances, working as a band and other parts of the music industry. Then along came 2002 where Hindzy.D then made his decision to purchase his own equipment and began to try produce. He stayed creative within the producing area until he became happy with a particular beat that became popular thanks to Roll Deep, EZ, DJ Slimzee and Femme Fatale and all other DJs that were behind the track. Whilst continuing to do production Hindzy.D attended the University of Westminster in harrow to study a Degree in Commercial Music, which involved all parts of the music industry for three years. Outside of work Hindzy.D began starting to experiment in his very own studio on productions with close friends around his area. He experimenting with all kinds of music but decided to take the underground vibes and create Garage with a darker edge.
