Building on a faultless back catalogue, 2019’s Stone Rose EP and 2020’s Best Of EP both represent his unflinching dexterity in drum & bass production, turning his hand from tender musicality to dancefloor-charged heavy hitters with a rare and enviable finesse. This is an artist with a sharp and distinctive sonic identity, completely at home in drum & bass but just as comfortable outside of it. His and Sinistarr’s collaborative EP for Naina and Sherelle’s Hooversound imprint demonstrates his ability to sculpt his sound into exciting new shapes.
