Mattura

“Mattura” is the brainchild of producer and multi instrumentalist Matti Kleopas from Greece. Coming from a musical family he picked up the guitar at an early age and developed a love for psychedelic music through the sounds of Progressive Metal-Rock bands such as Tool and Pink Floyd. Experiencing psychedelic electronic music for the first time it was clear that he had found his calling. After some years of experimenting in different subgenres he settled for the powerful vibrations of Psychedelic Bass music and the “Mattura” project was born. Matti’s love for traditional and ethnic music from around the world is reflected in his compositions as live recordings of Instruments as the Oud and various flutes take the lead role his stories.
