Sarah Engels (born on October 15, 1992 in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia) is a German singer. Engels is best known for finishing in 2nd place in the 8th season of German TV Casting Show DSDS in 2011.
Sarah had been taking vocal lessons for four years and has participated in street festivals on many occasions.
She is best known for participating in season 8 of Deutschland sucht den Superstar, where she was eliminated from the Top 10, only to return two shows later and eventually become the runner-up.
