1- Milan, Italy based duo, Derfel and Stefan formed THE SHADE in late 2011. The two members have come together after more than 15 years of sharing a devout passion for music. Having been in various bands over the years, the two members have finally found the right time to combine their styles to form this amazing new project. THE SHADE draw from new wave, darkwave, synthpop, pop rock and a host of other influences to create a unique blend of sounds with a modern edge.Their debut EP was released in November of 2012 and a full length album is in the works.
2- The Shade are a young Mod / Power Pop band from the Northwest who are influenced by the Mod scene and bands of the likes of Oasis, The Jam amd The Beatles amongst others. Nathan Griffiths on Guitar/Backing Vocals, Callum Grimshaw on lead Vocals, Josh Greenwood on Drums and Jordan Hunt on Bass. The 4 have been together since May 2010. Their aim is to break the rut of the current music industry and bring something fresh, rather than the mass produced pop you hear everyday. They currently have an EP of songs available and are working on a soon to be released Album.

(3) The Shade is Cosmic Americana conglomerated collective with ten hands, two beards, seventeen strings and four drumsticks. Formed in a big yellow house in an old Northeastern shipping town that never got the railroad, they play original music inside and outside, perform loop generating algorithms and once attempted to impersonate the Police. They tour both the East and West Coasts of America and, having self-released a couple of EP's, are currently mixing their debut full-length. Read more on Last.fm.
