Anneke van Giersbergen (born March 8, 1973) is the former singer of the Dutch band The Gathering, now involved in a solo project called Agua de Annique. She has also worked with Lawn, Farmer Boys, Ayreon, Napalm Death, Moonspell, Giant Squid, Devin Townsend and Within Temptation.
Daniel Cavanagh, born October 6, 1972, is an English guitarist and singer who formed the British art rock band Anathema in 1990 with his younger brothers Vincent Cavanagh and Jamie Cavanagh.
In March 2009 at the Little Devil in Tilburg, the Netherlands, Annie and Danny recorded a live album titled "In Parallel" which features live versions of classics from Anathema, Agua de Annique and The Gathering, along with cover versions such as Massive Attack's "Teardrop"' and Damien Rice's "The blower's daughter".
