Whatever years 2020-2021 have done to our minds, that's something only we know. Some have pulled themselves together somehow, others are still licking their wounds, and there are those who need more time to fully recover. "Let's Meet Outside" is a minialbum which complements the previous stories, but, more importantly, it underlines the fact that everything was leading to this very moment: to going out, to meeting our nearest and dearest outside of our lonely spaces.
It All Started With This - yes, this is my voice and my very first recordings on a cassette tape. 2 years and 9 months, that's how old I was when my Mother recorded me for the first time on a tape recorder.
Lockdown 90-92 is the time of creating my own adolescent universes I mentioned in the introduction. The symbolic rain outside the window made me dream of nothing else but staying inside my room, listening, drawing, recording.
Offline Reverse - since we are talking about memories, I cannot pass over the ones when I wasn't permanently connected to a computer.
News From The World is far from optimistic. Mother earth is in trouble and if it's not about her, it's about us and all our conflicts. In spite of all... Let's Meet Outside. But if, for some reason, a real rainfall gets in the way, let's remember that we can always go back to where we feel safe, take a piece of paper, a pencil, and create another story which will help us survive these troubled times. It might inspire us and those around us to make the changes we have always been afraid to make.
