The German synth pop band Camouflage celebrates their 40th anniversary with a special
release. With "Rewind to the future and goodbye", an exclusive anniversary edition,
limited to 3,000 copies, is being published, which pays tribute to the band's impressive
career.
What makes this release special: The fans were directly involved in the song selection.
In a vote they could choose their favorite tracks, which are now immortalized on three
CDs. A total of 40 songs – one for each band year – give a broad overview of the musical
work of the trio. From early hits to fan favorites and rare recordings, you can find the
whole band's history combined in one release on "Rewind to the future and goodbye"
The 3-CD box set is a 36-page booklet. It documents the history of camouflage with rich
images and exciting insights into 40 years of band history.

Career spanning anthology of synth-pop also-rans Camouflage. They sound a lot like
Violator era Depeche Mode (that's not a bad thing). Mostly remembered (in the US at
least) for the excellent The Great Commandment.
