I've uploaded my first torrent to this tracker. Once completed, I've re-downloaded it and added it to my torrent client (uTorrent). I've pointed the target folder for the the torrent to the same folder I used to create it but uTorrent does not "see" all the files. The files are indeed in the right place. Right clicking them and selecting "open containing folder" also works. The folder is opened and the selected file is marked. What am I doing wrong? I've uploaded torrents to private trackers before, this is the first time this has happened.

You must re-create torrent file again, then change .torrent file in you release.

This kind of problem hapens when you change some properties of your uploaded files after .torrent file creation.
